Is the beta really free? Do I need a credit card?

Yes, it is free during beta and no payment card is required. Official pricing is not yet decided, and you will never be billed without prior notice and your explicit opt-in.

What happens during class breaks?

When nobody is speaking during a break, SANGYU automatically pauses recognition and resumes as soon as the lecturer starts speaking again.

When will official pricing be announced?

Official plans, included allowances, and cancellation policies will be published on this page before billing is enabled.
