1. Classroom recording & permitted use

Countries, universities, and instructors have different rules regarding classroom recording and course materials. Before recording a lecture or uploading slides with SANGYU, please make sure you have permission under your institution's and instructor's policies. Recordings, captions, and Study Notes generated with SANGYU are for your personal study only; do not redistribute an instructor's lecture audio or slides without authorization.

2. Reference nature of AI translations & Study Notes

Live captions, Live Summary, and Study Notes are generated automatically by speech recognition and AI models and may contain omissions or inaccuracies depending on audio quality, accents, domain terminology, and context. Always verify assignments, deadlines, exam scope, grading criteria, and academic requirements against your instructor's original statements, course syllabus, and official university notices.

3. Beta period & service notice

SANGYU supports Auto-pause on silence during live recognition. The service is currently in beta and free to try; official pricing plans have not yet been finalized. When subscription or billing options are introduced in the future, pricing and cancellation terms will be announced in advance and you may choose whether to subscribe.

4. Account security & acceptable use

Please keep your login email and verification codes secure. Do not share your personal account with others or use the service for automated scraping, reverse engineering, or unlawful activities.
